- Created 3D movies rendered in stereoscopic anaglyph using Blender/Python API
- Wrote automation shell script for video rendering of multiple surfaces
- Integrated Bertini_real and Blender via Python for automation of routine tasks, such as setting up camera path, object properties, animations and lighting
- Presented in GEEKcon 2019 and poster at Joint Mathematics Meetings (JMM) 2020

Random Forest Analysis of Breast Cancer Age at Onset

Technologies Used: R, RStudio, Excel, Plink, Slurm, Blugold Supercomputing Cluster (BGSC) - for random forest analysis of real genetic dataset which is around 47,000 Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs)
- Implemented a two-phased approach: [1] ordinal logistic regression & [2] random forest to identify additional genetic variants for binned age at onset traits
- Divided real data on breast cancer into 8 different chromosomes ubsets and scheduled each random forest analysis jobs on Blugold Supercomputing Cluster through Slurm
- Collaborated with Hannah Bettack (research student) and presented a talk during annual Math Retreat & poster at UW System Symposium

- Created a cohesive website that visually communicates a cross-cultural subject of SSYCDS using HTML, CSS, and Javascript

- Added support, configured printing process & 3D printed several mathematical models such as Kreuz, Tobel, Stern, Croissant, and etc through Simplify3D
- Presented a talk at the Society of Industrial and Mathematics Annual Meeting 2018 (SIAM AN18) in Portland, Oregon.
- Collaborated and presented poster with David Bachmeier (research student) at UWEC CERCA and GEEKcon 2017
